its not the usb cable i tried another one but when i put it in the ipod just turns on like im listening to music it doesnt give me that screen that says connected or okay to disconnect and its not opening itunes what do i do?

I was searching for an iPhone on gumtree (the free clasified) and this guy was offering an iPhone 3G, new for 185GBP. Automatically, its too good to be true, but i inquiered anyway. He wrote back saying that he deals with a middle man company to insure a secure transaction for both sides. Aparently, he sends to the product to a courier service, they inspect it to ensure its good. i then pay the courier company, not the guy directly. the courier company ships the phone and holds on to the money for 5 days, until i check the product myself. the money is then given to the seller. all in all it sounds reasonable, but it smells like a scam. Plus, i’ve never heard this method used. any thoughts?

I think you should go with the iPod touch. Way better, at least i think. Its more sleek and dose a lot more. But thats because i just love apple over any company:) Some apps you do have to pay for, but they are not pricy. Actually most are free, but sometimes apps are like .99 or something. But really its not that much.
